of the USA and of Germany.
Michael Barratt Brown speaks Serbo-Croat and has been visiting Yugoslavia
since it was re-born under Tito over, he draws on personal knowledge and on
Yugoslav sources inc. 30,000 pages of transcripts of the Milosevic Trial.
